No, I am not showing properties today through Sunday. For me it's a "holy" weekend. Pretty quiet overall here in Charlotte as this week and next week are spring break weeks so lots of people and agents are out of town in any case. From a religious standpoint, Easter means the same to me as when I was young, but I must admit there is a distinct lack of tons of Easter basket goodies from my childhood.

I showed today, open house tomorrow. Will have time with family and friends Saturday evening & Sunday.

I am not working today.  I have showings on Saturday and not a chance of me working on Sunday or Monday - nor would I ever intrude upon any Seller on those days.  Buyers do not choose the hoops through which I may or may not jump!

No unfortunately. There is no time taken just for family. Think about these clients - do they care that you might want to celebrate this holiday?

We stacked up a bunch of showing appointments in my office for Monday. A lot more than usual. I think families are spending together. At least in my area.

Actually, unless a new call comes it I have most everything done for the weekend and I will NOT show on Easter. I am not going to ask someone to leave theri home on that day

If I need to I will show on Easter, but no plans now.

I am not working on Sunday but will be available tomorrow if anybody wants to view properties. No I do not think this holiday is held in particular esteem any longer.

Easter holds the same meaning for me now as it did growing up... CANDY!!!!

No I am not showing property or otherwise working with clients this weekend. I will be working a little on my websites.  Spending some chill time this weekend. 

Showings on Saturday, but Sunday is for my family and especially on Easter. My daughter has a co-worker from the Ukraine, who has never experienced an American Easter and so we are going to take her to church with us and to brunch. They may be too old for it, but I think I might hide a few Easter eggs too.

Yes we have buyers Saturday and a listing this morning.  Sunday we will relax after we attend Sunrise Service unless the phone rings with work.  

We're showing properties on Easter Sunday. Definitely not my choice, but our families are celebrating on Saturday due to in-law constraints so that leaves us with some flexibility on Sunday and our client is insistent on seeing the properties this weekend.

No. Many of our family traditions are now long past memories.

It actually means more to me now as opposed to when I was younger.

I might show property if I need to, Easter is all about the resurrection to me.

The question that needs to be asked is 'Do you do ANY work on any Sunday?"

The answer to that question is directly related to meaning.

Everything else is social and National Holiday related, not related to meaning.

I think times have definitely changed.  Instead of a full day of rest Easter and Thanksgiving have turned into half days of rest.  Thanksgiving might as well just be a brunch.  I guess people do all of their celebrating early...
