Depends on the problem being solved.

For instance using the word 'What' instead of 'Why" can be done immediately. Implementing VRWEB tours requires more consumer and cost research before I invest.

really depends upon what it is.  Sometimes it's immediate.  Sometimes it takes research and time to impliment.  Somtimes I decide it's not right for me.

Implementation is often a moving forward plan. We are still working in the business and time is a factor.  Some things are implemented immediately others take some time to integrate. 

Not everything you learn requires action.  Some things may not fit in with want you want to accomplish and other things are worth implementing quickly.  Each person is different.

It depends.  Really.  Some can be initiated immediately while other times I might need to reflect on what has been said and begin investigation.  

I'll run these ideas by my coach and see what makes sense to incorporate or not. So typically within two weeks I'm implementing or passing on the ideas. Not all good ideas are good ideas for my business model. I have to be selective so I do not get bogged down in the analysis part. Walk the walk the rest is just talk.

It really depends, I took quite a few notes at the last one and will be implementing a few tips.

Not soon enough. I find that time allocation is the biggest huddle to this.

At the same pace as I take action on things learned elsewhere - in the 'Rain or other sources of information...

It depends on the topic, Praful. Sometimes action can happen quickly and sometimes it has to happen over time.

Probably within the month I tackle it or it doesn't become part of my business

It is a slow process but I enjoy the journey .  I try to start a good idea almost immediately.

Depends on the information. As you said, one thing at a time. There is an information overload and you can not try it all.

Whenever, I learn something new I take time to digest it, and see if it applies to me or us in this instance.  Does it fit who we are, and does it fit our market.  There are a lot of good ideas out there...You have to be judicious in what works for you.  A

I make a plan immediately to put it into play, that is if it is a good idea. Why wait?

Praful I've used a lot of the information over the years - some the very same day. Most of it thou I plan out and create a strategy for that works in to what we're already doing.  Never ending list of stuff!

I put it on my to do list and then try to work on it during the following week.

It depends... on the item and where it might fit into my business model at the time.  The "would sell" list for example, is a great concept but I don't work with many buyers who are laser focused on a particular neighborhood enough for it to be worth my while creating it.  But it's in my toolbag.  Like a left handed spanner, it's a tool and stays in the bag until it's needed... if it ever is.

Some things I implement right away, others a few months down the line, others maybe never.  Just depends. 

I am bad and keep missing them.

When the need arises.

I don't jump at using new methods, but I always employ them at some point....but having the knowledge is the first step!!!

The learning process is constant in real estate. The proper application is often elusive.

Haven't been to any conferences or sat in on webinars - seems I'm always out when they occur or scheduling conflicts

That is something i need to learn (using video). Perhas i should try a webinar myself

Sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly and sadly, sometimes not at all!

Usually right away or not at all.

Some new trends (video) takes a little prep time to see how you want to do it. In your case, white boards or you personally doing the vids.  Planning time must be alloted.  Of couse, after a year .... it's no longer planning.

I have signed up for webinars but always miss them.

It depends on what it is, how much of a difference it will make, how long it will take and how busy I am at the time.  often, 1-2 weeks later, occasionally a day or two later, sometimes months later.

The unfortunate thing is that most don't take action at all; they say they will, but they don't.
