I would do what all good agents would do, I would ask them if they are working with an agent and if they have been pre-qualified.   I hear there are parts of Florida that have Quackadiles!!

After watching several episodes of Swamp People on the History channel I think that I may be prepared to do what it takes to turn the intruder (the aligator, not the RE agent) into many tasty meals to take back to Wyoming with me.

I have many small caliber weapons to eliminate the problem. Based on the reality shows I've seen, a .22 in the head is usually all it takes. No need to bring out the big guns and make a mess of your living room.

This establishment is clearly missing some important things such as

1) Lots of signage stating to beware of alligators AND snakes and stating that fishing is NOT allowed, access to the water and the beach is NOT allowed, and not to feed anyone

2) A fence around the establishment including rope barriers that have been updated to include some type of mesh

3) Removal of anything and everything relating to alligators and crocodiles

4) Not allowing fishing except on through a paid fishing excursion

5) Anything else I have not listed

We need open season on alligators; no license, no permit.  Turn them into suitcases and shoes.
