Will Hamm I went to a Mike Ferry seminar a few year ago. It was a lot of rah rah when all of a sudden a bunch of his students stood up in the back of the room and bragged about how much money the were on TARGET for earning by taking his coaching. The dollar figures were astronomical. Interesting how on TARGET is a far cry from actual earnings. I wonder what they really did make at the end of the year. Never heard from them again. So I will have to pass on this Summit.

No. I've only been to Vegas once and I didn't like it - it way too busy and crowded and hot and big. It would take something really important to get me there again.

As for the person in question, no, I have no desire to see him again. I went to one multi-day event that I was encouraged to go to, and I also participated in one free coaching session. The event was a multi-day event and I wouldn't go back after day one for many reasons but mostly because I thought the speaker was arrogant and the successful people who were sharing their viewpoints were all from areas with $1M price points so it just wasn't a good use of my time.  And then I received scripting as part of the free coaching session - which was the final nail in my ever wanting to hear from him or his team again. When speaking to homeowners of expired listings who are getting a lot of agent calls, the script said we should say, "These agents are like rats coming out of the woodwork...aren’t they?"  Seriously? I'm supposed to refer to other agents as rats? Totally unprofessional wording and I was turned off. That was the only script I even read so I don't know how the rest of the document went, but I'm not interested at all.
