E-fax!
Yes, it's tempting to make fun of a fax in 2016, but if you are not sending POF and wiring instruction encrypted, you'd better be overnight delivery, courier them or faxing them. Hackers have new schemes and the Internet is not secure. Many attorneys and banks still require faxes for this reason.

Just get a printer that will import your document and then email it. It won't even cost you - save your monthly fee!

I have about two "Fax Transactions" per year. Usually someone who doesn't know how to scan and email. I use the UPS Store for Fax.

Thanks to all of you for your answers and feedback.
I have decided to NEVER take on a Listing Client that is not connected at least by e-mail.
Many of my Buyers and Sellers are from out of town and out of state.
This particular client is in MN. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with him going over the Purchase Contract. He only got 10 of 18 pages. He fumbled with the fax machine and I finally got 10 blank pages because he put the papers in upside down.
We will start over again on Monday when he gets my USPS overnight delivery.

Is eFax still around? Between a scanner and an email, I haven't had to fax anything in a long time!

It looks as if you have received several good recommendations. Frankly, I can't recall the last time I had the need to use a fax machine.

For years I used E-Fax, its $.95 a month for the first 200 pages. Then I moved to VOIP phone system and fax is included, free and its unlimited.

I just tell the clients and others that we no longer use pony express or faxes.
For $20 a month you could probably buy all of your clients scanners so that they can email things.

Myfax.com runs about $10 a month and we keep it for our subcontractors that still use faxes.

I am not familiar with that service.
Have you considered an analog telephone line with a fax machine?

We use Faxage.com About $7 a month.
We don't use faxes much anymore and had them for the "Short Sale Days" which has diminished.
As a back up we have a copier/scanner but I like Faxage.

Fax? What's a fax?
We have one that is attached with our giant super Zerox copy machine. We can fax or email to it or from it.
I would think how many people still use a fax & think of another option or go down to Office Depot.

Online Ringcentral.com is mine. I pay $9.99/month. Don't use it often, but when I need it, I need it.
