That's an easy one for me since I was hospitalized in the thrid quarter of 2015. This year has been more productive financially.
I don't really look back at those numbers. So long as this year is good, I'm not really concerned if it was X% better or worse than this time last year. Out here, any time before May was a totally different market out there.

And working hard to have the same results for 4th Quarter.

I haven't done the math yet, but I do anticipate that the 4th quarter will be as we have a lot in the pipe line right now

Yes it was a bit ahead of last year. 2016 will finish strong.

Escrows have been taking longer so they fall in different quarters, but other than that, best year.

Once the year is over I do not look back on quarters, I keep on moving forward.
Yes, much better. Housing prices here are feeling better & so are sales. We are having a stall out though right now.
No, all of 2015 was better, so far.
