I used to go on occassion but it's been a very long time. If I want to learn about something new I will watch their youtube videos - quicker and easier and no drive time.

Our MLS does not do lunch and learns but they do monthly training in our board office on various topics about how to use all the tools. 

Picking up Real Estate bits & pieces can be done. How does it suit your plan?

The only ones I've heard of is the HomeSnap & Showing Time. No 'lunch' in our area - teacher comes to our office for 10+ people to attend.

I do attend the lunch and learn sessions.  Most of the time I learn more than anticipated and use the information daily.

No such meetings or seminars are conducted by the local board which owns and operates the MLS.

Yes.  The lunch and learns are by attorneys, insurance agents, lenders, et al.

I have a class scheduled soon for a new product roll out, but they are not often.

Our MLS does offer Learning meetings -- but I don't believe they include Lunch!

I've attended some.  MRIS was a real game changer here.

My MLS now does youtube videos to show us the new stuff. Sometimes it will also host a class for CE credit when there are some big changes.

Yes, I really enjoy getting up to date information and being able to ask questions about the programs.

Both our MLS and local lenders offer this and I attend when possible...

The ones I have done are more involved with RPR. I do like them.

We haven't had one in as long as I can remember, but now that we're ditching rappatoni and going to Flex, I'm sure we'll have some.  :)

Over the years, I have attended some "Lunch and Learn" meetings.  Time and interest are the biggest factors when deciding to attend.

I will only attend lunch/learns  IF the topic is something that I really need to learn about.  It's weird but when people get free food they act like they have never been fed before and that just grates on my nerves. Watching others go into a frenzy over the boxed lunch totally detracts from the session....for me anyways.
