Yes, I set aside some time each day to address business (but not a lot of time). 

Much to David's dismay...I am forever tuned to my cell phone...but he wouldalso have to admit, thankfully as it often results in the bloom of more business.

Maybe not worrying but definitely thinking about it until happy hour arrives.

I like to keep an eye on things. I remember dealing with a contract while snowboarding in Canada. Love my job.

Back in the day, they were all pretty much working vacations.  And, I actually enjoyed being a "roaming REALTOR", in a new environment.  It usually involved being surrounded by Palm trees on golf courses.

Work is fun so I don't worry about it. One advantage of working on a team is that urgent matters are still being taken care of even when a team member is unavailable.

No, No, No...99% off the grid except my AR addiction  when in the US, out of the USA I'm 100% off the grid. I pity those that do. Not because I care how they run their business, but because I know the value of a true vacation where you unplug and wish that experience on more Realtors, we'd have a better industry attitude if they did unplug for a week every quarter (or more). It's doable...I'm living proof of it.

I wouldn't say I "worry" about it. I do my very best to clean everything up before I leave so nothing is left undone. If something requires attention in my absence, I make sure someone is there to cover for me and leave them with detailed instructions.
