Since ALL things can create a road block, I must say only focusing on what ever 'closes to money' means may be a good business discipline for 'slam/bam' real estate.

Closes to money is not advise I would give an agent whom I want to see succeed. It all comes down to what the agent has the most to spend, time or money.
