These are great talking points to consumers, but in reality, there are so many variables that can alter the course of any predictions related to housing data, values, and mortgage interest rates.  That said, if this dialog can help any Buyers get off the fence, it's worth discussing.

People need a place to live. They haven't been able to build homes (and apartments) fast enough in Central Washington. I suspect this is the case in many (if not most) areas of the country.

I'd love to see those predictions come true, but I've learned to take them with a grain of salt.  MBA predicted rates would be in the mid 5's by end of 2019 as part of their annual forecast....and here we are in the 3's and falling.
