Although Unit's Sold have been sliding, we are still in record territory overall for the year. Prices for the short-term trend is matching the rise of the long-term trend-line. Seasonal Slowing Continues for Unit Sales, with Sales Price in a "Holding Pattern" for Vancouver WA in November 2021. We expect sales to be slower at this time of year however, we have lower unit-sales than last year, in addition to dropping off from earlier this year.  Super-Low Active Inventory at 0.2 Month's of Supply is reflective of the lower unit-sales - there are just not enough properties to be purchased. Prices continued their slide, even though we had one luxury condo sold. Home Sales in Vancouver WA are still in a strong Seller's Market, with units-sold hitting another high; and prices hitting another high. Active Inventory is still less than Month's worth ending the month at 0.7.  Nation-wide the average Home Loan rates dipped to 2.87%.
