We have our "Seller Assistance Program" available for todays sellers who want to have the expertise of a home staging expert without the large expense.  We assist the seller in prioritizing the rooms and focus on the top 3 areas to be staged.  We use items that the seller already has in the house to minimize additional costs for accessories.  We give them recommendations for other areas that they can stage themselves, saving on the cost also.

We also feature our Estate Sale preparation services.  That is designed to help families who are charged with the task of selling a loved ones house.  We assist with the packing, sorting and prioritizing of the property as well as setting up for the sale with the realtor.  This service is especially helpful when the family lives out of the area.

We also have licensed contractors available to tackle those minor renovations that can really help to sell a property.  Such as replacing a dated vanity in the bathroom or installing a new light fixture in the kitchen.
