This inspector is a ASHI, LIASHI & MAHI member [of the highest degrees available].
We are known for our full, honest and informative inspections. We usually perform one inspection per day. Most inspection take 2 1/2 - 3 hours. The report is full of information and suggestions related to your house [not boiler plate], it is easy to understand, takes approximately 2 1/2 hours to compose and is usually available the same day.
This inspector has personally elevated over 25 houses [picked up to be above flood water], leveled off many crooked and sinking houses, rebuilt many dilapidated houses. These repairs included new: foundations, structural members, electric, plumbing, heating systems, etc.
One more important fact: We are as easy to reach after the inspection as we were before the inspection in case any questions arise.

This inspector will spend the time necessary to help first time buyers understand their homes construction and its componants.
This inspector has personnally [no sub contractors] rebuilt 10 houses that were uninhabitable [one was condemned]. 4 are waterfront houses. This included new: foundations, wall studs, floor beams, roof rafters, plumbing, electric, bathrooms, kitchens, siding, etc.
Very few inspectors have the experience and the desire to perform a great inspection that this inspector has.
