Beth is a member of the Keller Williams University Master Faculty and has taught multiple sessions at Family Reunion, Keller Williams Realty's annual conference.
Involved in the Beta Testing of the comapany's unprecedented technology initiative, eEdge, she one of the company's leading trainers on the platform.
Beth coaches Keller Williams Agents and Market Center Team Leaders on the effective use of systems, databases, and social media thru the award winning MAPS Coaching Program.
Beth believes that education comes to fruition when the student takes action. With a background in coaching, her strong emphasis on execution challenges students to take what they've learned in the classroom and implement it in their businesses, and in their lives. Passionate about leveraging and systematization, Beth takes naturally to technology. She understands how team leaders and agents alike can utilize Social Media and database software for relationship building and lead generation. She is a co-developer of the Maps Social Media Coaching program, teaches Internet Lead Generation: Your Social Media Business Strategy, and she conducts hands-on Lead Generation with Facebook labs as well as one day Hands on eEdge workshops. Another of Beth's strengths is working with agents to examine key components of their economic model (including average sales price, commission rates, conversion rates for appointments held, listings taken and listing sold), and helping them understand how these numbers interact. She guides them through the process, breaking down those numbers into step-by-step formulas and making their business goals seem more easily attainable. Her one-day Business Planning workshops are popular, with large numbers in attendance, and over 600 agents have left her sessions with a business plan in hand. An easygoing manner in the classroom encourages discussion and interaction between attendees of all skill levels. Students leave each one of her classes with set goals and a plan for taking action on those goals. Beth is a member of the KWU Master Faculty, a Certified Promanage Top Producer 8i trainer, and is certified to conduct Continuing Education by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission.
