My name is Damon Redmond and I have been workng in the real estate business since 1997 and have seen several ups and downs in the market. I am not your typical agent/investor because I am actually trying to help the borrowers not just make money from the deal. Education is key!

My specific area of expertise is in working with first time homebuyers and first time real estate investors. I have been helping people experience the benefits of homeownership for over 12 years and I will continue to push for more minorities to have more wealth through homeownership.
My specific market is the low to mid range priced homes from $50,000 to $200,000.
