Get to know Diane C. Harris
Hello, I'm ecstatic to be the Social Media Coordinator for Century 21 New Millennium! How amazing to work with a team so willing to try to new things and share their expertise. I have spent most of my career as a trainer - mostly software, but some HR and soft skills classes as well. Regardless of my title, I am usually tapped to run projects. Especially those deemed impossible or ones that i have way off course. I'm someone who gets the job done, whatever that job may be.
My mission at Century 21 New Millennium is to make sure that they are no longer the best kept secret in MD, VA and the District of Columbia.
I have interviewed many agents and the very successful ones all tell me one thing - their online presence has been key to their success. Most of agents that I meet tell me that they know they need to ramp up their social media efforts, but just don't know where to start. And that's where I come in. My specialty is educating agents on the latest tools and techniques available to them, helping them understand what resources would work best for them, and making their lives easier by taking the time-consuming set-up and maintenance tasks that can eat up their day.
I have worked with professionals who are not at all computer literate and taught them the basics of using a computer, the internet and many commercially available software packages. Helping people establish this foundation has been key to achieving their goals in all of the other web-based initiatives that they pursue. I have also worked with folks who are very comfortable with using technology, but are curious to find out what else is out there and available to them. Regardless of who I'm working with, I use practical, hands-on training techniques and a flexible approach to ensure that all of the professionals that I work with can hit the ground running with the information that I give them.
I put my extensive project management experience to work every day for my clients. Whether it's brainstorming new and creative ways to market their message, or establishing and executing their social media strategy, my solid PM skills enable me to get the job done efficiently and successfully.
Helping my clients achieve their online goals is my Number One objective.
