Get to know Jeremiah Hancock
Hello my name is Jeremiah Hancock. I am a native of Arizona and have watched her grow for over 3 decades. I am married and have a wonderful daughter. My wife is also a native of Arizona. My family has been in Arizona for over 3 generations dating back to the state's birthday. I grew up in the valley and went to college at NAU in northern Arizona. I am a Sun Devil at heart as most of my family has attended Arizona State, and I grew up in Sun Devil Stadium. My family and I love it here in the valley of the sun. We enjoy the pool, lakes, and the mountains of northern AZ in the summer and enjoy everything else our wonderful state has to offer during the cooler months. We live in Ahwatukee, where I have spent the majority of my life. We love our community down here in Southeastern Phoenix.
I spend the majority of my freetime with my family. I also enjoy the outdoors very much. I spent the first twelve years of my life growing up on a horse ranch in rural Mesa Az. My family were cattle ranchers and horse racers. We did alot of fishing, camping and riding as children. As I got older and moved to Ahwatukee I played football, baseball, and was captain of the basketball team. I still play organized sports to this day. My parents and many other family members live here in Ahwatukee as well. We love our community!
I have the experience of seeing the valley of the sun economically expand, and now retract a bit. Real Estate has changed so dramatically over the past 2-3 years, buyers MUST MAKE SURE they are working with an agent that is knowledgeable in this ever changing market. I also work along side Wachovia and World Savings Bank short sale dept. I can have a decision maker in your living room within 2 days of signing a listing agreement. I have yet to have a Wachovia or World Savings Bank short sale take longer than 65 days. If you are upside down in your home and have a Wachovia or World Savings Bank mortgage, I can sell your house in less than 65 days from listing to close of escrow,on average. Many ask how this is possible, given the current length of most short sales. I can complete these transactions due to my close relationship with these banks and there negotiators. I handle all aspects of residential real estate in Maricopa County. I spend the majority of my time with 1st time buyers, helping people that are upside down short sale their home, and working with investors looking to buy fix and flips.
I have worked REO, and with investors flipping properties. I have crews for investors...paint at $1 a sq ft, carpet at $11/yard with pad, landscapers, electricians, plumbers... All of my listings get 1ST PAGE GOOGLE response!!
when working with investors, I do a 6% comission for the listing and that is it. I do not charge a fee for the rehab or organizing the crews and getting them in and out of the property. I just consider that servicing my client.
