Julie also stays up to date on the Real Estate market’s cycles and patterns for Middle Tennessee. Julie makes a significant time and cost investment in the properties she sells. Before placing a home up for sale, she will work with the sellers to optimize the presentation of their home; to develop a strategic marketing plan; together with the seller, analytically assess the market value; and to prepare customized marketing materials including flyers/brochures and professional photography. Once listed, she offers a mix of high-quality print and web-based advertising options, performs broker and public open houses if desired, as well as provide showing feedback. She is also privileged to market the home to private agent groups and networks, in addition to public ones.

Julie is also part of a highly successful, full-service real estate team, “The Chamberlain Team.” Her team’s client base is as diverse as the properties they represent. They have extensive experience in the single-family home, as well as the condo, townhouse, short-sale, foreclosure, and new construction markets. They work as far north as Portland and Clarksville, TN and as far south as Murfreesboro and Spring Hill, TN. The Chamberlain Team specializes in the east side of Nashville, as well as north of Nashville in Sumner County. Julie graduated from Northern Virginia Community college with a specialization in Business Management and Computer Information Systems. She received her real estate license after graduating from the American School of Real estate. Julie goes above and beyond when it comes to continuing education, and takes regular classes to enable her to better serve her clients. These classes have included, but are not limited to, new construction, short sales, foreclosures, online marketing, first time home buyers, buyer representation, and seller representation. She always has the most up to date resources and information available.
Julie is also a Christian singer/songwriter and enjoys writing songs, and producing them. Other hobbies include furniture restoration, traveling, and photography. Julie resides in Sumner County, just north of Nashville. She lives with her husband, who is a pilot, her two grade-school children, a Cairn Terrier, and a Labradoodle. Julie is active in the community and is also the President of the homeowner’s association for her neighborhood. Nashville is not just where she works, it’s her home and she has intimate knowledge of the area and its culture.

Julia helped us through the whole process with great patience and constant positive attitude. We had a terrible experience with a realtor and was completely against trusting another realtor but Julia gave us a whole new outlook. She is very knowledgable with great negiotating skills.
