| Listing-Lake Mills(Rock Lake) We were very pleased with Kathy's pleasant attitude and encouragement about selling the property. We had tried using another realtor before, without success, and then tried selling the property ourselves, again without success. Kathy reassured us that she thought the property was in good shape and competitively priced - factors that should help lead to a quick sale. She was right. | Buyer: Whitewater Home We worked with Kathy to sell our home this year and the experience was exceptional! We have worked with other Realtors in the area to buy two homes and sell one, but the experience with Kathy was by far the best. She kept us up to date on what was happening, answered our calls quickly and made the entire process as stress-free as possible. She knew exactly the right offer to bid to get the home and how to file all of the paperwork involved.
