You can learn more about us on our website. Myriam and I have almost 15 years combined experinece in the local real estate market. We specialize in relocations, both personal and corporate. Over the past few years, we've worked with over 50 inbound and outbound transferees, both sellers, buyers, and renters.
One of our great pleasures is helping our customers "discover" all the wonderful things that Miami has to offer. We're a diverse community with a distinctly latin influence, and a variety of things to do, both cultural and "not so cultural." Beaches, great food, year-round tropical weather, are just a few things that make our community such a great place to live.
Myriam and I work residential real estate in South Florida, with buyers and sellers. For buyers, we cover both Miami-Dade and Broward County. Because we do so much with relocation buyers, we are willing to spend the time with them helping them get familiar with the various communities that make up our region. The balance of commute times, schools, nightlife, and family, all become factors along with price and style. The same is true for our tenant customers - we work with all of our customers to find the best place for them to live.
For our sellers, we stay in Miami-Dade County, limiting our listing areas to the Brickell Area, South to Palmetto Bay, and West to the turnpike. That's the area we can best service our listings, so that's where we try to stay. For our marketing, we focus almost entirely on the Internet, showcasing our listings through a variety of web service providers - today, your listing can appear on as many as 50 different websites, and several blogs - and we're always looking for more places to post!
My wife Myriam Ribenboim and I are residents of Coral Gables, Florida. I'm a native Miamian, and Myriam is from Rio de Janiero, Brazil.
