Owner and Founder of SRCI, Rita Danielle Steele previously served as Principal Managing Broker and remains a Founding Partner of Geo Properties Inc., a highly regarded real estate brokerage on Providence’s East Side. Rita was fundamentally involved in the company’s real estate investments and business developments from its inception in 2008. With the inception of SRCI, Rita intends to continue to provide the community with the excellent level of service it has come to expect from her and fellow team members.

Dedicated to facilitating the company’s creative and business growth, Rita approaches all of her ambitions with an optimism and passion that is evidenced in the quality of her results.

While Rita’s interests and endeavours are wide ranging, her long-time passion for Providence’s historic properties has served as a primary focus, inspiring her to specialize in historic restoration and real estate development.

Rita earned her Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law, and is a licensed attorney in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
