| Tim was the best! I had to sell my mother's house after she passed, the house was in New York and I lived in Indiana. Tim was wonderful to me and my family through this difficult time. He would call me at least once a week just to update me on how things were progressing. Over the winter we had a frozen pipe in the house and it burst, when I found out the first person I called was Tim and he went right over to help us through this and again kept me updated on a regular basis. My husband would hear me on the phone with Tim and would ask who is that? When I told him it was Tim he said he is one heck of a realtor. He did more than just be a realtor, he was my adviser, he was my friend. I could not have gotten through this without Mr. Tim Frawley! If anyone out there is thinking about buying or selling, make sure you call Tim. He won't let you down. I don't miss having to sell the house but I do miss my weekly conversations with Tim. Thank you Tim! |
