I don't stop working for my client ever, even when the deal is done. I am there for my clients every step of the way of either purchase or selling their home. I even work with those who are wanting to rent first and then buy later. I have grown up along the Gulf Coast and am very familiar with the surrounding areas which gives me an edge to help others with their specific needs.
I specialize in working with both Buyers, Renters, and Sellers. On the Selling side, I focus on listing investment properties as well as getting into the high end listings. On the Buyer side, I work with both first time home buyers, second home buyers, and military personnel. I also help renters out who eventually want to become home owners.
