I am an active Agent in the Elkhart County Board of Realtors.   I serve on four committes with the board including education, orientation, marketing, and special events.   I sell in both Elkhart & St Joe Counties.  Customer service is my top priority.  I do whatever it takes to keep the customer happy and to get their home sold.  I have been know to babysit their dogs during showings, go clean a small mess before a showing, etc.  Really that is what sets me apart for the others, my willingness to go the extra mile.

I do work with buyers and sellers.  My expertise is residential homes.  I don't do any commercial sales.  I tend have more sales on the listing side, but I love to work with buyers.  I get much gratification for selling to the first time buyers.
