I think we can face the same risks anywhere, including here at home. So no, it doesn't affect my choice to travel. Making my annual trip to St Petersburg, Russia to visit family in October.

No, in fact France is on the list, it's part of my heritage. It's more budget & time this year. We went after paying down one of our properties this year to remove the PMI and took smaller vacations. 

Risk is always part of life & therefor travel. I love to travel abroad too much to worry about it. If anything happened, no regrets; I love to travel. I'd rather die in Europe than on my couch in front of the TV.

No and I won't let the terrorist intimate me. We are going to Spain, France and Italy in August..wouldn't think of canceling the trip.

I love to travel and fear of terrorists would not deter me.  I might not visit Istanbul this month, but I'd certainly travel most other places 

i have a passport ready should the need/desire arise.  Terrorism can happen anywhere.

Now is a great time to travel abroad. Just stay away from the crowds and you'll be fine. Your odds of being gunned down by a "terrorist" are about the same as being struck by lightning... twice!

Yes I am Ginger Harper , my family is from Madrid Spain and just received a message from my Aunt letting me know she was leaving Madrid and spending 2 months in Marbella and wanted me to come join her.  As tempting as it sounds, I do not feel comfortable traveling to Europe right now.

I'm hesitant to be present at major functions with hundreds of people present.... it's a serious situation.... and I'm not a hero type to venture forth and throw myself in the middle of chaos!!! no thanks.

It shouldn't, but I am sure it does. I could care less. My desire to actually live my life far outweighs my instinct to keep safe and not die. Not dying is not living.

Risk, terrorism or otherwise, plays some part in where I choose to travel. For example I wanted to travel on a historical your to Libya and Syria. Putting that off for now but I wouldn't hesitate to go to Rome.

It would not stop me from traveling if I wanted to travel abroad. We have domestic violence too.

When I finish seeing everything I want to see right here, then I will consider abroad.

Risk is at home as much as it is abroad.  It might just seem more daunting due to it being away from home and and area that one possibly has never visited.  aka the unknown.  

There are some countries that are at war that I would stay away from, but most of the European countries I would definitely visit and be vigilant just as I would be at home.

One must be aware of potential dangers depending on the country in today's world.

I would not go to Europe...There are so many other places to visit. I'd rather visit Bora Bora. 

I'm always hesitant to travel anywhere that involves a plane, because I can't keep my usual tools on me.  Do I worry about shootings?  No, but at home I'm preparred and I have my eye on a helmet.

I'm not as worried about someone going all "aloha snackbar" on us, I'm more worried about the general violence and mayhem being committed by the "refugees" across Europe and coming here.

I have so many places on my travel list that do not involve terrorism watch lists, I will check out those that do not require a passport first, then work on some of those far away places if time permits.

I have not seen everything here wo no need to travel abroad but I would be watching carefully

Result world events have made me reconsider traveling abroad. There's plenty to do and see in this country. I think I'll take my vacations here for a while. 

I don't have any plans to travel abroad, but it would definitely be a concern.

I see it differently...sure stuff can happen anywhere, but if it happens here in the US, I have a support system for help.  If it happens overseas, I am on my own.

There are too many other beautiful places to visit, including the USA.
