I was out on my way to run a few errands and look who I saw in traffic. I first spotted him in Canyon Creek on Boulder Drive. He was waiving to kids and families out walking. He looped into the circle drive at Trail Head Park and waived to all and yelling "Merry Christmas!"He then turned on to Highway 620 and got caught in traffic but I'm sure he was finishing up last minutes items, just like I was, and getting ready for his big trip this evening.So glad to see you spreading so much Christmas cheer and spirit this year! Austin's beloved Trail of Lights was still able to be enjoyed this year because the The Trail of Lights Foundation (an independent non-profit organization) thought outside the box and made it happen!They were organized over 50 years ago dedicated to producing an authentic Austin community event, held in Zilker Park, celebrating the unique spirit and people that make Austin the place we love to call home.This year the event was drive through only. When you are considering selling a property that is tenant-occupied you will need to think about how the tenants may impact the sale of the home.
