In five short years, Cindy has become a multi-million dollar producer in the Pensacola, Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key market. Beginning in management as IT Director for a large real estate brokerage along the Emerald Coast, the Sales Manager of a smaller brokerage, Owner of her own company and currently Broker-Associate with Paradise Coastal Realty,

Doc Cindy is a Green Certified Real Estate Professional GCREP-G.L., has her CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) and e-Pro designations.  She is currently a Senior Instructor for Green Real Estate Education. 

Doc Cindy has reached the pinnacle of real estate. Cindy's in-depth training includes special real estate courses such as Economics, Financing, Legal Aspects, Real Estate Investments, 1031 Exchanges, Taxation, Creative Financing, and Internet Marketing Strategies. She has been a real estate investor for the past 15 years and has attended numerous workshops and seminars.  

Doc Cindy has a BS and MS from University of West Florida and a PhD in Biomechanics from Texas Woman's University. Prior to real estate, she spent 20 years as a college coach and professor. She is a Certified Facilitator for Robert Kiyosaki's "Cashflow 101 & 202" financial strategy board games. Cindy continues her teaching passion by holding financial literacy "Game Nights".
