Zero!! MY clients are past clients, referrals or buyers and sellers and in my market niche.

We're heading into Spring market, an exercise in futility for investors. We advise to wait till heat of summer or dead of winter. If they don't want to, they are cordially invited to beat dead horses with somebody else. New intake is told right out of the gate that they must sign an exclusive. That weeds out the flakes.

Praful, I'm sure it's under 10% in my case. I get more investor calls than that, but they don't always follow through.

a small percentage are fix and flip buyers....that small percentage work exclusively with us....we don't have many investment properties ( 2 to 4 family homes)..... we don't participate in commercial real estate....strictly residential....our firm has a commercial dept.

Over the winter it was just over half. They buy the homes that need the most work, fix and list with me to sell again.

When I first started in this business, I only got investors, flippers and tire kickers.  I lost $15,000 my first year as my expenses were more than I made.

Now, I only work with one investor that I have sold homes to over 25 years.  Other than that lots of 2nd home buyers, which I do not consider true investors that care about return on investment. 

I no longer take them on...too much competition to get the house and too many "wanna be" investors.

The vast majority of my clients have bought homes in which to live...not invest. Even those with whom I have done repeat transactions have moved up and not invested...for the most part. I have not worked with a flipper.

It has declined along with the decline in listings. Now it is less than 20%.

We have way fewer than we used to.  Prices are too high to make flipping or investing pencil.
