When I first started in this business, I only got investors, flippers and tire kickers. I lost $15,000 my first year as my expenses were more than I made.
Now, I only work with one investor that I have sold homes to over 25 years. Other than that lots of 2nd home buyers, which I do not consider true investors that care about return on investment.
I no longer take them on...too much competition to get the house and too many "wanna be" investors.
