Don't be fooled by price alone...look at overall cost and condition!I have a listing that is priced at the top of the market, BUT it is beautiful and needs nothing except a new owner.  I have, as I always do, follow-up with Realtors to get both their feedback and that of their clients.  I have found that more realtors have responded with the home is great, but it appears overpriced for the neighborhood.  In my description of the home, I like to mention the elephant in the room so as to put to bed potential price objections.
