Not only was Baltimore named Forbes 14th Coolest City, now Towson has been named CNNMoney's #8 Top Affluent City for Singles. Of course, those of us who live in the Metropolitan Baltimore area have known for a long time that the area is a great place to live.  In July 2012, Forbes stated that Baltimore is a cool city, followed in August by CNNMoney naming Towson #8 in Top Affluent Cities for Singles.  (I have a client who lives in Baltimore City who joked she is going to visit her mother in Towson often, now that we have settled on her new home!)
